Kingston Town will forever be considered one of Australia’s greatest ever racehorses; his career saw him win multiple Group One races, and on the way collected awards like the Australian Racehorse of the Year (1980), and an induction into the Australian Racing Hall Of Fame. Winning the Cox Plate three consecutive years in the early 1980’s (1980, 1981, 1982) was perhaps his greatest achievement; something that we will not see again for a long time.
