My name is Simone Glaeske from Dusseldorf, Germany. I am 28 years old and hoping to find a job on a horse farm from June until September 2009.
I arrived in Australia in September last year and studied at a language school in Brisbane for two months.
After that I travelled around Australia and finished up in Melbourne where I started my job at Leaseplan Australia in the Finance Department as an Administration Officer. I will be working at LeasePlan until the middle of May, as I am not permitted to hold a single job for over 6 months on my visa.
The visa I have is a Work & Holiday visa and expires in September of this year, at which point I hope to apply for a 2nd 12 month visa.
In order to obtain this visa I must complete 3 months of specified work in regional Australia.
It would be my dream to complete this work on a horse farm and I have extensive experience with horses.
I started riding when I was 6 years old and have ridden competitively for several years (dressage and show jumping).
The last 5 years I have been doing it just for fun.
I am hopeful that you may have some form of work available on your farm, that I could assist with in order to qualify for my 2nd working holiday visa.
I am very flexible & motivated and would be willing to complete any task required in order to extend my stay in Australia.

I am a positive, outgoing Swedish girl that more than happy would like to work with you and your horses! I grew up in the country on a small farm in Sweden with my mother, father and my big brother and all my life I have been sorounded by horses. There has always been something to do and work has always been there as part of my everyday life and I seriously love it!
My mother earley started whit warmblood’s breeding, and so she done for ever 20 years now. I it’s me who have educade them, something I’ve done in five yers. The first time I came up on the horseback, I was only two years old, since then I have had and loved eight horses and I have taken responsibility for all my horses myself.
I also competeed a lot, mostly dressage where I competed up to national level but also, show jumping and, three days eventing.
I love horses more than anything, and I would absolutely love come working with you!
